Lisa Thompson serves as the Music Director at Gateway Tabernacle Church and is a licensed, ordained music minister through the International Independent Churches Fellowship, Inc., a member of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers), Sound Exchange, CGM Inc. and ISSA (Independent Songwriters-Singers Association). She has been a founding member of “The Sound in the Wilderness” a Christian music group established in 1998, and “The Worship Warriors,” a Christian retro rock band formed in 2023, and is now pursuing her own songwriting and solo career as “Lisacarriemarie“. Lisa is actively engaged in the church’s worship team, Sunday School, and youth programs, as well as its nursing home ministry. Since 1999, she has operated her home recording studio, Eagles Wings Studio/Paday Records, where she records and produces her own music, in addition to collaborating with various independent artists to produce their music projects. Currently, Lisa is accepting bookings for her solo musical endeavors as “Lisacarriemarie“.
